Self reflection

For the past two weeks I feel as though I've been tested with "ACCOUNTABILITY". This word that people pass around like cheezits, eating it up and never despensing them back out. Ugh, I've had it with people pointing the finger and refusing to look at them selves for change.

Wether its at home, at work, with your friends, husband, wife, children, you can't get around it. Responsibility will always present itself in some shape or form.
Now even though its there in your face doesn't mean you'll accept it, it doesn't mean you'll take ownership, it does'nt mean you will be the mature individual that you should be.

You an I know some people who constantly complain, they always have a issue, but why is it these same people can never EVER own up to thier mistakes? Why are they so hard on others and its so easy for them to redirect the arrow in another direction?
Becuase these types do not reflect on them selves. They don't seek out the root of the problem. the easiest route is to blame someone else.

Playing the blame game will never lead you to peace. If you go through life blaming eveyone else for YOUR problems CLOSURE is what you will never find. Responsibilty, Accountabilty, Blaming others all intersect with one another.

Some of us need to walk around surrounded by mirrors all day. Why? Becus if you could actually see what your doing then maybe jusy maybe you'll face whats in front of you. How easily you see the faults of others but sadly you are blind to any facts about yourself.

I refuse to be responsible for something I hvan't done. I refuse to give you a easy way out. Externally you appear to be content but internally you are undefined and your self image is distorted. Lets deal with the facts here, if you don't acknowledge it you can't change it.

Reflection is vital to development. If we all though on this level so much drama would be iliminated. But hey were not perfect, and alot of us just dont care. Sad!!!!
We are all subjected to failure if we lack insight and accountability...
